Mentors receive coaching experience, a new addition to your CV and a warm fuzzy feeling. We will provide you with tips, advice and suggestions to develop your conversations with your mentee and help them create their career plan.
The mentoring programme is split into Career Starters (less than 3 years full-time professional experience) and Career Changers (3 or more years full-time professional experience). This means even if you are in the early stagers of your career, you could still be a very valuable mentor!
Being a Progressive Careers Mentor is a small commitment that is easy to fit around your work and life. Communication schedules are flexible and arranged between the mentor and mentee. All we ask is that you respond to emails from your mentee within 10 days of receiving them and maintain communication for 3 months.
This programme is open to anyone currently living in the UK
Applications for cohort 1 of the programme have now closed.
